Overview:

Avi is a player that every coach wants on their team.  He works, listens, and will do whatever is asked of him for the team to win.  A guard with a pass first mentality, Avi excels at getting to the basket drawing defenses to find open players for shots.  He will finish at the basket when teammates are not open and he seems to have a sixth sense on knowing when to pass or shoot.  Defensively, he is great on the ball and will dive for any loose ball.  He will need to improve his outside shot and get better at his mid-range game, but he is a winner and the glue to a successful Newton North program.
